Denise was invaluable when my husband and I set out to purchase our first home in California. It’s a little tricky finding a starter home in such an expensive market and we searched for a long time to find the perfect one. Denise was there every step of the way and always made us feel like we were her number one priority. Once we found the perfect place, she helped us make the best possible offer for the current market/comps etc. We really realized what a superstar she was once the offer was accepted and we went into the escrow process. Denise worked tirelessly to make sure our inspections were done fairly, and she had a great team of people in her roster to accomplish this. She was present for every inspection as well as the appraisal and was very assertive in making sure we were taken care of. In addition, she is just a wonderful and kind person.
